Episode #118 – Challenge Negative Thoughts with the power of “Again:” Dismiss “Stinking Thinking” by Telling Yourself the Truth, Creating New Neural Pathways, & Replacing Toxic Positivity with Biblical Hope
But as today’s guest reminds us, we have a choice in which thoughts get to play on repeat. By telling ourselves the truth of our stories and of God’s Word, and replacing toxic positivity with biblical hope, we can create new neural pathways and climb out of our pity party into peace and freedom.
