Episode #139: Discovering the Power of Persistent Prayer: Crying Out to God in Raw, Honest Prayer
My guest on UnPerfect today knows the power of persistent prayer. Her life was radically changed after months and years of crying out to God.
Born in the village of Mbikko, Uganda, Zahara Seruyombya-McCoy grew up surrounded by both the warmth of community and the harsh realities of poverty. By the age of nine, she had lost both parents to HIV/AIDS and faced the very real threat of becoming a child bride, with dowry negotiations already underway.
And today she’s on UnPerfect, sharing “part one” of her story of redemption and hope.
Hang in there, sister. God hears your raw and honest prayers…
